Fabricating three dimensional (3D) models directly from the computer aided design (CAD) data. Use the laboratory to model and fabricate metal/polymer complex shaped objected that are used in the engineering applications. Modelling and converting CAD models into FAB3 files, Simulation of process parameters using 3DXpert software, Fabrication of CAD models using DMP Flex100 (Metal 3D Printer) for engineering applications. Post processing equipment for powder preparation, extract the un-sintered powder, removal of supports and final part from substrate, and relieving internal stresses in printed part.
